Description

The TPS6307x is a high efficiency, lowquiescent currentbuck-boostconvertersuitableforapplications wherethe input voltagecanbehigheror lower than theoutputvoltage.Outputcurrentscangoashighas 2Ainboostmodeandinbuckmode.Thebuck-boost converter isbasedonafixedfrequency,pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller using synchronous rectificationtoobtainmaximumefficiency.At lowload currents, theconverter entersPowerSaveMode to maintain high efficiency over a wide load current range. The converter can be disabled tominimize battery drain. During shutdown, the load is disconnectedfromthebattery.Thedeviceisavailable ina2.5mmx3mmQFNpackage.
